libwiki-toolkit-perl software package provides Toolkit for building Wikis, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libwiki-toolkit-perl
libwiki-toolkit-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libwiki-toolkit-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libwiki-toolkit-perl *
You will get with libwiki-toolkit-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
